The acquired property is located on the border with Basel Stadt and comprises 6,600 square meters of residential, office and commercial space.
The Immofonds has acquired a mixed-use property in Birsfelden, directly on the cantonal border with Basel-Stadt. The property consists of three buildings on Weidenweg, Hauptstrasse and Muttenzerstrasse. The buildings on Weidenweg and Hauptstrasse were constructed at the end of the 1980s, while the property on Muttenzerstrasse dates back to 1969. The property has a total of 49 apartments and 2,600 sqm of office and commercial space. The rentable area of the entire property is over 6,600 square meters. In the medium term, Immofonds is also planning to renovate and reposition the property while realizing its utilization potential.
