Zurich: Concert promoter rents office space in Seefeld
The musical and concert specialist FBM Entertainment is moving to Zollikerstrasse 141 in Zurich. Colliers Switzerland brokered the letting.
Colliers Switzerland has leased the 3rd floor at Zollikerstrasse 141 in Zurich on behalf of the owner as of January 1, 2026. The rental space comprises 400 square meters of office space and a roof terrace of approx. 335 square meters. The office location is in the immediate vicinity of the historic «Villa Patumbah» with its park and is adjacent to the Zurich Botanical Gardens.
The new tenant FBM Entertainment is a leading organizer of international musicals, shows, comedy, dance and concert performances. «Colliers Switzerland and the owners are delighted to have secured FBM Entertainment as a new tenant for the Intercityhaus,» says Robert Hauri, CEO of the Intercity Group and Co-Owner and CEO of Colliers Switzerland.
