Bern: Retail space let on Loryplatz
Colliers Switzerland brokered 252 square meters of space to Migros, which will operate a Voi store there.
On behalf of the owner, Colliers Switzerland has let a 252 square meter retail space on Loryplatz in Bern to Migros Aare on a long-term lease. «The planned Voi store will make the heavily frequented city quarter even more attractive,» writes Colliers in a press release. The retailer's new location is the two-storey building at Könizstrasse 1. The rental space also includes storage and support areas in the basement. The building, which was constructed in the 1950s, was used as a Migros store until 2009. The new Voi store is scheduled to open in spring 2026.
The Hug music store previously had a branch in the property. According to the music store, this will be closed.
