Flawil: Start of construction for "Blumenau" residential project
In the municipality in the canton of St. Gallen, 46 condominiums will be built by 2027 according to designs by Atelier WW Architekten.
Azemos Property AG announces the official start of construction for its "Bluemenau" residential project in Flawil. Since 22 September, a new residential quarter has been under construction on the approximately 10,000 square metre site on Blumenaustrasse, which will be characterized in particular by its proximity to nature. Once completed, it will comprise 46 owner-occupied apartments and a semi-detached house. Completion is expected in 2028. The designs were created by Atelier WW Architekten SIA AG, while Ralbau AG is the general contractor for the construction. Büchler AG Immobilien is responsible for marketing.
Azemos Property AG is part of the Azemos Group, which is also active in asset management. (aw)
