Flims: Azemos realizes hotel project
Up to 110 hotel rooms as well as vacation apartments and restaurants are to be built in the Graubünden municipality.
In the summer, the population of Flims (GR) voted in favor of granting building rights for two plots of land for a new hotel project. On this basis, the municipal council can conclude the building lease agreement with the project company Mira Val Flims AG and begin further development of the documents for the building application. According to the Azemos Group, the project developer behind the project, 100 to 110 hotel rooms and 27 vacation apartments are to be built. Catering areas and a spa and wellness area are also planned.
