Winterthur: 1,900 sqm of office space let
Colliers Switzerland has concluded several rental agreements for an office property near the railroad station.
On behalf of the previous tenant, Colliers Switzerland has found new tenants for the offices at Wartstrasse 2 in Winterthur. The property, which is located directly next to the train station and offers 1,860 square meters of office space over five floors, will now be used by an ophthalmologist's practice, an architecture firm and a school for German and integration courses, among others.
