Corsier-sur-Vevey: Fund property fully let after refurbishment
Following the completion of the refurbishment of 48 apartments, the rent increased by 35% and the increase in market value exceeded the refurbishment costs.
All 48 apartments in the recently renovated Chemin Vert 7 to 11 property in Corsier-sur-Vevey have already been let from August 1. This was announced by the Sustainable Real Estate fund. The core renovation of the property was completed at the end of July.
With a project budget of around CHF 10.4 million, the market value after renovation increased by CHF 13.1 million to CHF 24.3 million. The rent increased by 35%.
As part of the refurbishment, the building envelope was completely insulated and the roof and windows were replaced. The refurbishment also included an increase in earthquake safety and the conversion of the heating system from oil to district heating. (aw)
