Zurich: Concept store rents space in the city center
Colliers Switzerland has brokered a rental agreement for Swiss Prime Site for a 140 square meter space on Sihlstrasse.
A retail space at Sihlstrasse 20 in Zurich has found a new tenant. Opia GmbH will occupy the space on the ground floor and basement of the property not far from Bahnhofstrasse from the fourth quarter onwards. The Zurich concept store for fashion, jewelry and beauty products already has a location in Europaallee.
Colliers Switzerland was commissioned by the owner, Swiss Prime Site, to market the space. (aw)
