Wetzikon: Topping-out ceremony for the 2nd stage of the "Metropol" project
The second part of the center development developed by Halter comprises 73 rental apartments and commercial space.
In Wetzikon, the structural work for the second construction phase of the "Metropol" project has been completed. This was announced by the developer, Halter AG. The second part of the new center development comprises 73 rental apartments as well as areas for healthcare, offices, commerce and gastronomy. In total, "Metropol" comprises 96 apartments with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms and 32 small apartments. The plans were drawn up by Meierpartner Architekten AG.
The two stages of the center development will be realized on a plot of 9,015 sqm, with a gross floor area of 32,850 sqm. According to the project website, the construction costs amount to CHF 86 million. The investor is the UBS fund "Sima". (aw)
