Geneva: Axa has converted office space into apartments

At 20 Avenue Louis-Aubert, a ten-storey Axa office building has been transformed into a residential building with a good 120 units.

The conversion of office space into rental apartments as part of the "Normandie" project has been completed, according to total contractor HRS. According to a press release, the keys were handed over to the client Axa at the end of June. 121 apartments have been created in the existing ten-storey building.

The building, built in 1978, is located at Avenue Louis-Aubert 20/Chemin de Normandie 14. The gross floor area of the entire project was previously stated at around 29,000 sqm and the investment volume at CHF 70.0 million.
