Zurich: Tellco builds apartments and commercial space in the industrial quarter
Over 100 apartments and 2,500 square meters of space for commercial use are being built on Heinrichstrasse according to plans by Jessen Vollenweider.
Tellco Immobilien AG is developing a residential and commercial project with 103 apartments and around 2,500 square meters of commercial space in a central location in Zurich for the Tellco Investment Foundation. The company is aiming for SNBS Gold certification for the complex, which also includes social aspects in the assessment. The designs were created by the architectural firm Jessen Vollenweider from Basel. The planned property is located on Heinrichstrasse, close to the Zurich viaduct, with good public transport connections.
