Corsier-sur-Vevey: Fund launches first letting for 48 apartments
Sustainable Real Estate has completely renovated an apartment building in the town on Lake Geneva for a good ten million francs.

According to the Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland real estate fund, the core renovation of the Chemin Vert 7-11 property in Corsier-sur-Vevey will be completed in July, one month earlier than planned. From August, 48 apartments will be available there. Initial letting has already begun.
Originally built in 1955, the property offers 36 two-room and 12 three-room apartments. As part of the refurbishment, the building envelope was completely insulated, the roof and windows were replaced, the heating was switched from oil to district heating and a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 68 kWp was installed. Kitchens, bathrooms, floor coverings, pipes etc. were also renewed.
The project budget of around CHF 10.4 million was reportedly adhered to. The rent has increased by 35% compared to the situation before the refurbishment. The annual target rent after refurbishment is CHF 828,428. (aw)
