Merlischachen: Mobimo lays foundation stone for "Burgmatt" development
In the district of Küssnacht (SZ), 79 condominiums are being built.
Mobimo has laid the foundation stone for the "Burgmatt" development in Merlischachen. Directly on Lake Lucerne, 79 condominiums with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms are being built in 14 apartment buildings. According to Mobimo, 51 apartments have been reserved or notarized.
In terms of sustainability, the project relies on Minergie certification, a photovoltaic system and a heat pump system. Occupancy is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
Merlischachen belongs to the municipality of Küssnacht (SZ). (aw)
