Lucerne: Insurance completes refurbishment
A building with stores, office space and apartments in a central location has been modernized for Vaudoise Insurance.
Total contractor Anliker has completed the refurbishment of a residential and commercial building in Lucerne for Vaudoise Insurance. The building at Hirschmattstrasse 1 has now been officially inaugurated. The listed property is located not far from the railroad station directly on the Reuss and comprises 14 apartments with 3.5 rooms as well as one 2.5-room apartment and one penthouse apartment. On the first floor there is a shopping arcade with two stores, one of which can be divided into three rooms. An office space of 154 square meters is available on the second floor, and apartments will be available from the second floor from August.
The work included a roof extension, the façade including the relief and the balconies were preserved. (aw)
