Chavannes-près-Renens: keys handed over for 500 apartments
A large development near Lausanne has been completed, according to a statement from HRS.
HRS Real Estate has handed over the keys to lots B, D and E of the "Quartier Horizons". The company realized four buildings of the new residential development in Chavannes-près-Renens in the canton of Vaud. These comprise 511 rental apartments, stores, commercial space, a crèche and semi-public areas. The ensemble is complemented by an underground parking garage on two levels and an outdoor park. The client is UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG.
The complex is certified with the Minergie label and is heated with geothermal energy, although there is a water table on the site. The designs for the quarter were created by Pezzoli & Associés, Architectes SA from Renens. (aw)
