Biel: Raiffeisen fund buys residential and commercial building
The Futura Immo Fund has acquired a property with apartments, stores and offices not far from the center of Biel/Bienne.
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has announced that it signed the purchase agreement for a residential and commercial property in Biel on April 30. The property at Florastrasse 1-5 is located in the immediate vicinity of Biel's city center and was built in 2011 as a solid construction. "Due to its well-maintained condition, it can be assumed that no major renovations will be required in the next ten years," the fund management company writes in a statement. The fully let property comprises ten apartments, two retail units with 437 square meters of retail space and two office units with 296 square meters of office space on the second floor. The fund states the investment volume at CHF 9.4 million. (aw)
