Lucerne: Tenant found for former Hallhuber space
A 260 square meter store in a prime Lucerne shopping location will be used by a stationery chain in the future.

Colliers Switzerland has found a new tenant for a 260 square meter retail space at Hertensteinstrasse 32 in Lucerne. Andreas Kümin AG has rented the prime shopping location and will open a Mc Paperland chain store there.
Colliers was commissioned to market the two-storey premises on behalf of the Schroder Immo plus fund. The lease for Mc Paperland will start in the summer. The retail space had been used by the German fashion chain Hallhuber. (aw)
