Nova Property Fund Management with two new board members

Bruno Räss takes over the office of Vice Chairman from René Bock, who is stepping down. Katrin Eggenberger, a former member of the Liechtenstein government, also joins the Board.

Katrin Eggenberger and Bruno Räss were elected as new members of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting of Nova Property Fund Management. Räss takes over as Vice Chairman from René Bock, who had been a member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2018. As before, the other members of the Board are Catrina Luchsinger Gähwiler as Chairwoman and Raymond Rüttimann.

Eggenberger has been a Senior Advisor at Agora Strategy Group in Germany since 2021 and is a member of the Board of Directors of Aisquare Inc (USA) and Deon Digital (Switzerland, Denmark). She also serves as President of the Advisory Board East of Implenia. From 2019 to 2021, Eggenberger was Foreign Minister of Liechtenstein and responsible for Foreign Affairs, Justice and Culture. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, she was Chief of Staff to the Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and was involved in the development of the global start-up platform Uplink. She also worked at banks such as Notenstein Private Bank, VP Bank and LGT Bank for eleven years. Eggenberger holds a doctorate in political science from the University of St. Gallen. She also holds a Master's degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Räss worked in auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG from 1987 to 2021, from 1997 as a partner. From 2022 to 2025, he worked as a consultant at the law firm Bratschi AG. According to Novaproperty, he has many years of experience in advising small and medium-sized companies, family businesses, corporations, pension funds and public corporations such as political municipalities and school communities. He works as a management consultant and is said to have particular experience in the development of business plans as well as in reorganization and restructuring projects. He is a qualified auditor and lic. oec. HSG and a member of several medium-sized companies in Eastern Switzerland. (aw)
