Zurich: Tech company rents at Utoquai

The Swiss branch of an international company specializing in cloud solutions has leased 600 sqm of office space in the Utoquai 55 property. This is reported by the real estate service provider SPGI Zurich, which was commissioned by the company to find a new location. The biggest challenge was securing the space for the client, as there were many interested parties for the property at the same time, SPGI said.
