New tenant for the SF Commercial Properties Fund
A long-term lease agreement has been concluded for a fund property in Ticino.
The SF Commercial Properties Fund has found a new tenant for its property at Via San Gottardo 18a in Castione (TI). According to the fund, a lease agreement for 1,450 sqm of warehouse and commercial space with a term of twelve years has been concluded.
The tenant is a company founded in 1987 that specializes in connection and joining technology, according to SF Commercial Properties Fund.
The leasable area of the commercial property totals 9,500 sqm, with the main uses being warehouse (40%), office (34%) and retail (19%). In addition, there are 148 parking spaces. (ah)
