Wetzikon: Residential and commercial complex H45 under construction
Construction work has begun on the H45 project in Wetzikon (ZH). Egolf-Immobilien is realizing 55 rental apartments and commercial space on six floors.
In addition to space for the Zürcher Kantonalbank as anchor tenant, which occupies commercial and office space on the first floor and second floor, the project on Bahnhofstrasse in Wetzikon includes four commercial spaces (from 83 to 194 sqm) on the first floor and one office space (368 sqm) on the first floor. The building is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in early 2025. The investment volume is stated at CHF 50 million. The designs for the building are by CH Architekten AG from Wallisellen. (aw)
