Procimmo fund buys Realstone property in Baar
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II has acquired a commercial property in Baar. The seller was the Realstone RSF fund, represented by SPGI Zurich.
The commercial property that has changed hands is the property at Blegistrasse 21/23 in Baar (ZG). According to SPGI Zurich, the property has a rental area of more than 7,000 sqm and has around 150 outdoor parking spaces. It was built in 1988 and is located in an "excellent location". The property has commercial space for various uses and has a good occupancy rate.
On behalf of Realstone RSF, SPGI Zurich sold the commercial property to the real estate fund Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II.
This transaction supported both parties in achieving their strategic goals, says Dr. Martin Greiner, Head Investment Advisory and Deputy CEO of SPGI Zurich. Realstone will use the proceeds to finance a residential project in Horgen Oberdorf, he saidand for the buyer, the commercial property is an ideal addition to the portfolio. (ah)
