A total of 225 apartments have been built in the Claraturm, almost all of which have been rented out, according to UBS Asset Management. They are to be handed over in stages by the end of the year. As early as February 2021, 60 apartments, including 35 Move apartments, in the five-story annex building have been occupied. According to UBS, the apartments are equipped to a high standard, and additional services include a dedicated tenant app, parcel boxes and a swimming pool on the roof of the annex building.

The top floor of the approximately 100-meter-high Claraturm is open to the public. Here, the "Skylounge" concept aims to combine gastronomy and co-working.
