Buchs: SFP rents out more commercial space
The SF Commercial Properties Fund has extended the lease with the Jordan family business in the property on Amsleracherweg in Buchs by ten years. At the same time, the company has rented additional space.
The Jordan family business, which sells textiles, floor coverings, parquet and laminate flooring under the Joka brand, is a long-standing tenant in the commercial property at Amsleracherweg 8 in Buchs, which belongs to the SF Commercial Properties Fund. According to Swiss Finance & Property Funds, Jordan has now rented an additional 450 sqm of space and at the same time extended the lease for a total of around 7,000 sqm by ten years.
The property comprises a total of 18,000 sqm of rental space for warehouse, commercial and office use, and is located close to the motorway junction and within walking distance of the railway station. In addition to Jordan, the cantonal police and Schulverlag Plus AG are also long-term tenants. (ah)
