The historic Les Jumeaux buildings in the Flon district are to be put to a new use. After a development phase lasting several years, the contract for the renovation of the buildings has been concluded and signed with Mobimo, says HRS Real Estate.

Offices are planned for the upper floors, with shops, a restaurant with terrace and a wine bar on the ground floor. In the basement, a jazz cellar and rehearsal rooms for musicians are planned. The building is also to have a spa.

According to HRS, the work will begin on September 15 and is expected to be completed in February 2023. (ah)
