Naef Immobilier opens location in Fribourg
Naef Immobilier has opened a branch in the center of Fribourg. It is the eighth location of the real estate service provider focused on French-speaking Switzerland.
Naef Immobilier Fribourg opened on April 19 in the former premises of Commerce de Fer SA at 85 rue de Lausanne, offering services from brokerage to management, which includes development or marketing of new projects and the sale of prestigious properties.
The local team has five employees, including the broker Christianne Rosset and Frédéric Baechler, who specializes in condominium management, rental and administration. The branch is managed by Michel Maillard, a native of Fribourg who is also a director of Naef Immobilier Lausanne. (ah)
