Royal DSM's new Health & Nutrition Campus in Kaiseraugst is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in 2023. It will provide space for laboratories and collaborative workplaces and bring together more than 200 employees from the Research & Development department and the other innovation activities and functions. In total, around 900 people work for DSM in Kaiseraugst.

The new building with a gross floor area of 21,600 sqm is to replace three existing buildings. Transparent bridges will connect the new building with the main building, and one third of the area is reserved for green spaces. In addition to workplaces, the new building will have a fully equipped fitness centre and a barista coffee bar. The campus concept has been planned by the Basel office of Nissen Wentzlaff Architekten. The municipality of Kaiseraugst has issued the building permit at the end of 2020.
