Feuerthalen: Groundbreaking ceremony for Fortimo project
Fortimo Invest has celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for the am-cholfirst.ch development in Feuerthalen (ZH). Five apartment buildings are being built.
With the am-cholfirst.ch project, Fortimo Invest is building a total of twelve condominiums and 36 rental apartments with 1.5 to 4.5 rooms in five apartment buildings. Before the start of construction, about 80% of the condominiums were sold or reserved and 50% of the rental apartments were rented, the company says.
The new buildings are surrounded by a lot of green space, and there is also a forest nearby. Residents of the development can use the services of the neighboring retirement and nursing home Zentrum Kohlfirst.
According to Fortimo, the apartments are expected to be ready for staggered occupancy from summer/fall 2021. (ah)
