UBS Investment Foundation invests in Erlenbach
The UBS Investment Foundation for Employee Pensions has acquired a commercial property in Erlenbach on Lake Zurich. SPG Intercity Zurich had been commissioned by the former owner Willy Günther with the sales process.
The L-shaped office and commercial building at Seestrasse 77 in Erlenbach was built in three stages: The head building facing Seestrasse dates from 1947, and the part of the building along Seestrasse from 1968. About seven years ago, a partial storey was added. The resulting attic floor contains office space with a view of the lake. The remaining floors contain further office space and commercial premises, including an event room and a catering kitchen in the sous-sol. The property offers around 3,000 square meters of usable space.
SPG Intercity Zurich AG received the sales mandate from the former owner Willy Günther and sold the property in a closed process. Nicolai Grüter, Senior Consultant at SPG Intercity Zurich, was responsible for the transaction.
