UBS "Swissreal" plans a capital increase
The real estate fund UBS (CH) Property Fund - Swiss Commercial "Swissreal" is planning a capital increase in the order of CHF 111 million for the end of April/beginning of May.

The aim of the capital increase is to raise additional funds for the purchase of properties, the financing of refurbishments and construction projects, and the repayment of debt financing.
The exact terms of the planned capital increase were announced on April 8, 2022 after the close of the stock exchange and can be viewed at www.ubs.com/immobilienfonds-schweiz can be retrieved.
