Seraina Invest Welcomes Two New Employees

Seraina Invest has announced two new hires in Western Switzerland. Aniela Otto joined as Senior Transaction Manager and Patrick Henriques as Senior Real Estate Development Manager, both effective July 1. «With these personnel decisions, Seraina Invest is strategically strengthening its presence in Western Switzerland and further expanding its portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland,» writes the investment foundation.

Aniela Otto most recently oversaw transactions and portfolio development at ABB Switzerland AG. Prior to that, she worked at Wüest Partner, UBS, Baloise Asset Management, and Credit Suisse Asset Management, among others. She began her professional career as an architect in Germany and Switzerland. She holds a degree from the Bauhaus University Weimar and an MBA in International Real Estate Management. As a specialist in complex transactions and the primary point of contact for acquisitions in the region, she will drive the expansion of the local network and the identification of new investment properties.

Patrick Henriques held senior development positions at Swissroc, Steiner AG, and Immologic (Allreal Group), where he was responsible for numerous projects, from land acquisition through to completion. He began his professional career as an architect. He holds a master’s degree in architecture from the Faculty of Architecture in Lisbon, a postgraduate degree in project management, and is registered in the Mandataires Professionnellement Qualifiés (MPQ) registry of the cantons of Geneva and Vaud. He is expected to have a significant impact on real estate development in French-speaking Switzerland.
