Novac Solutions: Temporary Use Specialist with a New CEO

The company's founder is moving to the top of the board of directors. Marta Meyer is taking over as CEO.

Novac Solutions, a specialist in temporary use, has announced a change in its top leadership. As the company recently announced, Marta Meyer has been serving as CEO and overseeing day-to-day operations since February. Company founder Alexandros Tyropolis, who built the company from the ground up ten years ago, is moving to the board of directors, where he will assume the role of chairman.

Meyer most recently served as a senior consultant at the recruitment firm Avalect; her previous positions included roles at the Zug-based company Pacojet, where she served as CEO, among other roles, jeweler Kurz (Head of Marketing), and Dyson, where she held the positions of Head of Marketing Switzerland and Senior Commercial Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As chairman of the board, Tyropolis plans to focus on «strategic innovation issues» going forward and also devote his time to his second business venture in the real estate sector, Ailean Real Estate.

Novac Solutions describes itself as a Swiss pioneer in professional interim use solutions for the real estate industry. The company designs, organizes, implements, and operates interim use arrangements for residential, commercial, and hotel properties on behalf of property owners as well as temporary users. According to the company, Novac has completed over 200 projects since its founding, providing temporary housing for more than 10,000 people and temporary office space for hundreds of companies.
