Vebego: New Appointment to the CFO Position
Starting next year, Francesca Valveri will be in charge of finance at the building services company.
Vebego AG is filling the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Francesca Valveri will join the executive board of the facility management specialist on November 1, 2026, and will assume the role of CFO effective January 1, 2027. «With this succession plan, the company’s Executive Board will be fully staffed going forward,» Vebego writes. The current CFO, Reto Stefanoni, will remain in his role until the end of 2026.
Valveri has been working as CFO at Zurzach Care since late 2022. Over the past 20 years, she has held various positions as CFO, Head of Finance, and Controller at companies in Switzerland and Italy. With Valveri’s appointment, Vebego’s Executive Board will consist of seven members going forward.
