Procimmo Group: Change in the Board of Directors
Two of the three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled. Christoph Borgmann is to become the new Chairman.
Following its takeover by Vaudoise Insurance, the Procimmo Group is convening an Extraordinary General Meeting. The shareholders' meeting on July 1 will vote on changes to the Board of Directors. Yann de Méhérenc de Saint Pierre, previously Chairman of the Board, and Taner Alicehic (member) will be stepping down. Christoph Borgmann, who has been a member of the Board since 2022 and serves as Chief Financial Officer at Vaudoise, is to become the new Chairman. Reto Kuhn, the insurance group's Chief Investment Officer, is to become a new member and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Nicole Beiner is to retain her seat on the three-member Board. (aw)
