Züblin: Board of Directors reorganizes
Three of the four members of the Board of Directors of the real estate company are stepping down. Frédéric Königsegg is to become the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Züblin Immobilien Holding's current Board members Markus Wesnitzer, Nicolas Gross and David Schärli will not be standing for re-election at the end of their terms of office. The company announces that Frédéric Königsegg and Marc Zollinger will be proposed for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on July 1 - Königsegg as the new Chairman of the Board. Yves Rossier is standing for re-election. «The changes are intended to increase efficiency and strengthen local real estate market expertise on the Board,» writes Züblin.
Königsegg joined Port Real Estate Development AG, a Swiss project developer for affordable housing, in 2024 as CEO of the real estate division. Prior to that, he was Head Investment Products at Avobis and CIO at Helvetica Property Group from 2016 to 2021. In 2019, Zollinger founded MZP Real Estate AG, a real estate investment company in Zurich that focuses on the management and development of its own properties.
