ABZ: Cooperative with new managing director
Marco Stella joins the Zurich ABZ in August from another housing cooperative.
The Board of the ABZ cooperative has elected Marco Stella as its new Managing Director. He succeeds Alain Benz and will take up his position in August 2026. Stella has been managing the Bahoge housing cooperative in Zurich since 2016. He has trained part-time to become a certified business economist HF and a federally certified real estate trustee. In addition to his professional activities, Stella has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Volkshausstiftung Zürich since 2020; he has also been Vice President and a member of the Operating Committee since 2022.
Until Stella takes up her post, Tessa Müller will continue to run the ABZ office as Managing Director ad interim.
