Allreal: Philipp Gmür nominated as new Chairman of the Board of Directors
The current Chairman Ralph Thomas Honegger and Board member Peter Spuhler will not be standing for a new term of office.

Allreal announces changes to the Board of Directors. The current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ralph-Thomas Honegger, will not be standing for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting. Board member Peter Spuhler will also not be standing for re-election. According to a press release, the two «have contributed significantly to the successful development of the company thanks to their strategic vision, comprehensive expertise and great entrepreneurial spirit».
Philipp Gmür is to be elected as the new President. He has been a member of the Board since 2019. He holds a doctorate in law and was the Group CEO of Helvetia from 2016 to 2023. Beat Fellmann and Martin Frischknecht will also be proposed as new members of the Allreal Board of Directors. Fellmann holds a Master's degree from the University of St. Gallen and is a certified auditor. He is a member of various supervisory bodies and was CFO of the listed companies Implenia and Valora for many years. Frischknecht holds a doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen and a master's degree in finance from the London Business School. He is a member of various boards of directors and worked at Credit Suisse for over 20 years, most recently as Managing Director and member of the Management Committee.
