H&B: New Head of Marketing

Stefan Styger is the new Head of Marketing at H&B Real Estate. This includes commercial letting, retail & gastronomy and the letting and sale of residential properties. Styger has been with H&B for two and a half years and is part of the management team. He has built up the Basel office and launched other service areas such as construction and asset management. Previously, as fund manager of a listed real estate fund, he was in charge of internal marketing and external mandates. As the person responsible for over 80 shopping centers and sites, he developed and implemented positioning and strategies in the retail sector.

The previous Head of Marketing was Andrea Kull, who led the division for the past three years. «Together with her team, she was able to further consolidate and expand the market position in office, industrial, retail and residential marketing,» writes H&B. In future, Kull will take over the management of the research and consulting department. In addition, she will be involved in the management of residential projects and will «work closely with Bruno Bächi to strengthen the CEO office and thus the strategic development of H&B».
