Pom+ appoints new partners and site managers

Pom+ Consulting AG is expanding its management team. Seven new partners have joined the company management team this year. These are Laurent Amstutz, Friedel Bachmann, Patrick Pick, Jan Ruffner, Fabio Staub, Michel Van Mark and Benjamin Walther. There are also two new heads for the offices in Basel and Lausanne.

• Laurent Amstutz has been involved in the development and management of complex real estate projects for many years. As Practice Leader Building & Operations, responsible for construction project management in French-speaking Switzerland, he has been responsible for managing challenging mandates in the area of client fiduciary services since 2023 and works in the areas of strategic real estate development, project organization, cost, schedule and quality management.
• Friedel Bachmann has been with Pom+ since 2019. Over the course of his many years at the company, he has played a key role in shaping the area of sustainability. He has been «Practice Leader Sustainability» with a focus on «Sustainable Portfolios» and «Product Lead for Energy Gido» since 2023.
• Patrick Pick took over the BIM/LDM division as «Practice Leader» in 2022 and is therefore responsible for «Building Information Modeling» and «Lifecycle Data Management». His areas of expertise also include client support and digital project management.
• As a practice leader, Fabio Staub supports companies in the implementation of modern data and process platforms as well as in the digitalization, automation and app development for their business processes. He has further developed the range of consulting services in this area.
• Jan Ruffner has been working at Pom+ in the area of data strategy and AI since 2024. As Practice Leader, he is responsible for the technical development of this area.
• Michel Van Mark has been working at Pom+ since 2017 in the management of complex projects, process optimization and sustainable real estate development. As «Practice Leader» in the area of sustainability with a focus on «Sustainable Company», he is responsible for the area in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Benjamin Walther has been with Pom+ since 2016 and has been a Practice Leader in the «Strategy» department with a focus on «Portfolio Strategies & Performance» since 2024. The real estate management specialist focuses on the profitability and sustainability of organizations and real estate portfolios.

New site managers for Basel and Lausanne

In addition to the appointment of the new partners, the management of the Basel and Lausanne offices will be reorganized. Benjamin Walther is responsible for managing the Basel office with immediate effect. He takes over from Reto Cajacob, who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity, according to Pom+. Michel Van Mark will take over the management of the Lausanne branch. Stéphane Maye will also remain with the company as a partner and on the management board.
