CBRE Switzerland appoints new Lead Industrial & Logistics Leasing
Silvia Hochrein will be responsible for the marketing and letting of industrial and logistics properties in German-speaking Switzerland.
CBRE Switzerland announces the appointment of Silvia Hochrein as Lead Industrial & Logistics Leasing. In her new role, Hochrein will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of industrial and logistics real estate in German-speaking Switzerland.
Hochrein was most recently Managing Director at the Zurich building cooperative Frohheim and before that Head of Real Estate/Construction at the Sonnengarten building cooperative. Her previous positions include four and a half years as Head Transactions for Procimmo and a good year as Managing Director for SEG Solutions.
Hochrein trained as a civil engineer and holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate from the University of Zurich. She is certified as MRICS.
