UBS REA: New addition to the advisory team
Ramon Pauli joins the Real Estate Advisory team at UBS. He comes from CBRE.
After more than eight years at real estate service provider CBRE Switzerland, where he most recently headed the brokerage division for investment properties with residential use, Ramon Pauli is moving to UBS Real Estate Advisory. He will take up his position as Executive Director on November 1 and will report directly to Sandro Beffa, Head Real Estate Advisory. For Pauli, this step represents a "return to his roots", as he worked in UBS Real Estate Advisory before his last positions at CBRE and PwC, among others.
The UBS Real Estate Advisory team comprises 21 transaction specialists who, according to the company, advise on real estate transactions worth around CHF 1.5 to 2 billion annually across all types of use in Switzerland.
