Zug Estates: Janine Nauer new Head of Project Development
The 44-year-old currently works at Swiss Life and will take up her new position in spring 2026.
The Board of Directors of Zug Estates Holding AG has appointed Janine Nauer (44) as Head of Project Development & Construction Projects and member of the Senior Management of Zug Estates AG. She will take up her position on April 1 next year.
Nauer has been working in project development at Swiss Life Asset Management since 2022, most recently as Head Real Estate Development Team German-speaking Switzerland. Prior to that, she worked as a project and team leader at Steiner AG for five years and as an architect in project management for eight years.
Nauer holds a Master of Arts in Architecture from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) and an EMBA in General Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She takes over her new position from Peter Wicki, who is leaving the company. "He has made a significant contribution to the development of Zug Estates as a member of senior management," the company writes. (aw)
