Hardturm AG: New CEO
The Board of Directors of Hardturm AG has appointed Martina Albers as the new CEO with effect from October 1, 2025.

Martina Albers succeeds her father Vincent Albers, who is handing over the management of the operational business to the next generation of the family after 40 years, the real estate company announced. In future, Vicent Albers will concentrate on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Martina Albers joined the company in 2015 and has worked as a project manager and in real estate portfolio management for the past ten years. She has been a member of the Executive Board since 2023. She holds a Master's degree in mathematics from ETH Zurich and expanded her specialist knowledge by studying real estate management at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She also completed an Executive Program in Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Ralf Brunschweiler, Managing Director of Hardturm AG since 2017 and a member of the Executive Board since 2022, will step down from the Executive Board at the beginning of 2026 as requested, the company announced: "With his expertise and great commitment, he has played a decisive role in the development of our real estate portfolio over 29 years." Brunschweiler will continue to work for Hardturm AG with a reduced workload. (bw)
