Wincasa: New heads for residential and commercial divisions
Wincasa began to systematically separate the two areas last year. Now the personnel responsibilities are also being reorganized.

Gabriella Gassmann, currently Head of Services & Projects at Wincasa, will take over the management of the newly tailored Residential division and will also become a member of the Executive Board. Thomas Hinderling will continue to manage the Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) division as well as all commercial properties in Wincasa's portfolio. "With the clear separation of residential and commercial properties, Wincasa is bundling competencies and creating clear responsibilities," writes the company, which has been part of Implenia for a good two years. The separation of residential and commercial properties was implemented at branch level in 2024. Now, "the final development step in the new Target Operating Model (TOM)" is being taken by anchoring the new structure at management level, Wincasa said in a press release. The changeover will be completed at the beginning of 2026.
Gassmann, who will now be responsible for residential and mixed properties, has worked at Wincasa for over ten years in various roles. "The new structure allows us to work in a more focused way and to further specialize our expertise," she says. "Bundling all commercial mandates in one area creates clarity and efficiency," says her colleague Thomas Hinderling, who has been with Wincasa for over eight years. "I am very pleased that we are implementing this realignment with internal resources," says Philipp Schoch, CEO of Wincasa. (aw)
