Dominicé: New addition to the team

Dominicé has announced a new addition to its real estate team. François Lermercier joined the French-speaking Swiss asset manager this year as Real Estate Project Manager. He holds a degree in Environment, Housing and Energy Engineering from the École des Hautes Études d'Ingénieur Lille and has already worked for Losinger Marazzi, CBRE, and M3 Real Estate. At Dominicé, he will contribute to increasing the value of the assets in the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund, with a strong focus on energy and cost efficiency in renovation projects. (aw)
