WSG AG: Marc Mettauer becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mettauer takes over from Martin Krupp and will now serve as both CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

After 13 years as Chairman of the Board of Directors of WSG AG, Martin Krupp is handing over his office. In future, he will concentrate on entrepreneurial activities outside the company, WSG announced. Marc Mettauer, who has been CEO of the company since 2012, has been elected as his successor. Mettauer will therefore serve as both CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors in future. The remaining members of the Board of Directors will continue to be Raymond Rüttimann, Mark Imhof and Markus Giera.

In a statement, the Board of Directors thanked Krupp "for his many years of dedicated service and his key role in the strategic development of the company". Regarding the appointment of his successor, the statement continues: "The Board of Directors is convinced that Marc Mettauer, with his many years of experience, his extensive knowledge of the company and his strong commitment to integrated project management models, will continue the successful development of WSG AG in the long term.
