Assetimmo: New member of the Board of Trustees and new Head of Development

Nicole Dettwyler was elected to the Board of Trustees of the real estate investment foundation at the Assetimmo Investors' Meeting on June 18, 2025. She has been Chairwoman of the Executive Board of the Symova Collective Foundation since December 2024 and previously worked for Swiss Life Pension Services AG for twelve years, most recently as CEO. She gained her first experience as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Hewitt pension fund. She started her career with a doctorate in mathematics at Rhein Rückversicherung AG.

On January 1 of next year, Andrea Claassen will take over the newly created position of Head of Development & Construction. In this role, she will be a member of Assetimmo's Executive Board. She has been working for Assetimmo as a building trustee since 2023. She previously held senior positions in planning and construction management at Wintsch & Partner, Venzin Baumanagement and Zach + Zünd Architekten. Claassen holds a master's degree in architecture from Delft University of Technology.
