SSREI with new Advisory Board
A six-member committee made up of well-known personalities will help to further develop the standards for sustainable evaluation.
SSREI AG has reconstituted its Advisory Board. The company has followed the stakeholder approach and appointed representatives from politics, capital investment, real estate valuation, project development and the real estate market to the board, the owner of the eponymous standard for sustainable real estate valuation said in a press release. This should enable relevant interest groups to bring their concerns to the committee and further develop the standards.
The members of the Advisory Board are Jan Eckert, CEO of JLL and Chairman Capital Markets DACHAndrea Gmür-Schönenberger, Member of the Council of States of the Canton of Lucerne, Alec von Graffenried, Member of the Municipal Council of the City of Berne, Patrice Nyfeller, Deputy CEO of GEP SA, Tanja Sprünken, Managing Director of Baumschlager Eberle St. Gallen AG and Alfonso Tedeschi, Member of the Executive Board of Helvetia Asset Management AG.
