SMK: Wachter Tanner new to the Board of Directors

At this year's Annual General Meeting in Zurich, the Swiss Chamber of Real Estate Agents (SMK), the official association of real estate agents and the largest independent network of real estate agents in Switzerland, reported an increase to 127 members at the end of the 2024 financial year. Patrizia Wachter Tanner was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM. She replaces Kurt Bosshard, who did not stand for re-election after 10 years on the Board. Patrizia Wachter Tanner, a business economist with a Master's degree in Real Estate Management, is Managing Director of the family-owned Prefera Immobilien AG based in Sargans and Alfina Prefera Immobilien AG in Chur.

The SMK Board is now made up of Chairman Ruedi Tanner (Wirz Tanner Immobilien AG), Vice Chairman Dieter Mader (Früh Immobilien Dienstleistungen AG), Patrizia Wachter Tanner (Prefera Immobilien AG), Carlos Garcia (Intercity Vermarktung AG), Christian Häle (Sonnenbau Group) and Marc Wyss (Immobilien Wyss Schweiz AG). The SMK is the expert committee for real estate marketing of the SVIT five, the five specialist chambers of the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT). (bw)
