HWZ: New course director for digital transformation
Proptech and digitalization expert Mario Facchinetti is now head of the "Digital & AI" subject area at the Zurich School of Business.
Mario Facchinetti has been appointed Head of Digital Transformation in the Real Estate Industry at the HWZ. In particular, he will assume responsibility for the "Digital & AI in MAS Real Estate Management" major, a new specialization designed to impart practical know-how for the digital transformation of the real estate industry.
"We are convinced that with Mario Facchinetti, we can offer students great added value thanks to his broad network in the real estate industry and his many years of experience in the proptech sector," says Markus Streckeisen, head of the MAS Real Estate Management HWZ course.
In his new role, Facchinetti is responsible for three CAS programs, which can be completed individually or consecutively over a maximum of six years for a Master's degree: CAS Smart Real Estate Business, CAS Smart Real Estate AI, Data & Value and CAS Smart Real Estate Life Cycle Management.
